To delve into the world of artist Victor is to immerse oneself in raw poetry, where each creation tells a unique story. Victor, aka Nicolas Flachot, as he wanders through secondhand shops and flea markets, gathers fragments of wood with strong character, and more, to transform them into vibrant, authentic works of art. He is exhibiting at Ondes Bordeaux and has asked Camille Gabarra to photograph his totems in this unique Bordeaux space.

Victor, also known as Nicolas Flachot, collects pieces of wood from flea markets and secondhand shops, which he assembles, stacks, and shapes to transform them into living works of art.

In her studio-gallery on Avenue de la Bourdonnais in Paris, each unique piece is an encounter, a delicate choreography where shadow dialogues with light, where raw power blends with the infinite gentleness of the artist’s touch. Each totem preserves this dense, tender, unchanging material… much like certain memories. In 2026, vrai studio photographs the exhibition organized by Ondes Bordeaux. The totems in their singular presence and the artist in her relationship with the works.
