Following the success of the first book Hugo & Victor, ma pâtisserie authentique by chef Hugues Pouget, Éditions de La Martinière contacted the real studio again to photograph the Mazet confectionery. This new collaboration has given rise to a second book: Cinquante recettes au bon goût de l'enfance, inspired by the words of Philippe Toinard, editor-in-chief of the Gault & Millau print division.
